Terms & conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
• Cupidate is strictly adults-only. Paid calls, gifts and Earn Mode are never available to minors, and accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
• One person, one account. You must provide accurate information about yourself.

Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your profile information truthful and current. You can hide your profile or close your account at any time from Settings.

Cupidate is a dating and meaningful-conversation platform. Members can discover profiles, match, chat and — optionally — take part in Talk & Earn, where eligible members (“creators”) receive paid voice calls and virtual gifts from other members.

Cupidate is not an adult-content or sexual-services platform, and must never be used to offer or request sexual services, explicit content or any illegal activity.

• Coins are a virtual credit used inside Cupidate for paid calls and virtual gifts. They are not money, have no cash value outside the platform and cannot be transferred between members except through platform features.
• Coins are sold in packages at the prices shown at the time of purchase.
• A coin purchase is only credited once payment is confirmed. We never treat an unconfirmed payment as successful.
• Your balance and every movement of coins are recorded in a transaction history you can view in your Wallet.

• Before every paid call the per-minute rate is shown clearly, and you must confirm before any charge begins.
• Charging starts only when the call is accepted, at the start of each minute of eligible talk time. You are never charged for a call that is declined or not answered.
• If your balance runs out during a call, the call ends automatically and you are only charged for minutes already used.
• If a call disconnects because of a technical failure, only completed minutes are charged.

Gifts such as hearts, roses and diamonds are virtual items with a coin value shown before you send. When you send a gift, the coins are deducted, the gift is recorded, and the creator receives the earnings share described in these terms. Gifts are virtual only — nothing physical is delivered.

• Earn Mode is optional. Eligible members may enable it, set a per-minute call rate within platform limits and choose their availability.
• Creators earn a share of each paid call minute and gift. Cupidate retains a platform fee, which is configurable and may change with notice.
• Earnings from calls and gifts appear first as pending and become withdrawable after clearing. Cupidate does not promise any level of income — earnings depend entirely on the conversations members choose to have with you.

• Creators can request a withdrawal once their available balance meets the minimum withdrawal amount.
• Every request is reviewed and moves through clear statuses: pending, under review, approved, processing, completed or rejected. We do not promise instant withdrawals.
• If a withdrawal is rejected, the amount is returned to your available balance with a note explaining why.

Because coins are consumed for live conversations and gifts at the moment you use them, spent coins are generally non-refundable. Unspent purchased coins may be refunded where required by law or where a technical error caused an incorrect charge. Contact us with your transaction details and we will review the case.

You keep ownership of your photos and words. You grant Cupidate permission to display them within the app so other members can find and talk to you. You must only upload content you have the right to share, and it must follow the community guidelines.

Any attempt to manipulate wallets, fake transactions, abuse gifts or calls, open multiple accounts, or defraud members or the platform leads to suspension and forfeiture of associated balances where the law allows. All balances and transactions are enforced server-side; what a device displays can never create coins or earnings.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk, with escalating enforcement: warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, then removal. You can close your account at any time; unused purchased coins are handled under the refund section above.

Cupidate helps you meet and talk with people; we cannot guarantee matches, calls, earnings, outcomes or the conduct of other members. Private relationships members form are their own — our moderation covers activity on the platform. Always follow the safety guidance provided.
