Community guidelines

Cupidate is about dating and meaningful conversation — including paid conversations through Talk & Earn. It is a place to be genuine, kind and respectful. Every member deserves to feel safe, whether they are here to find love or to earn through great conversation.

• You must be 18 or older to use Cupidate — no exceptions.
• Be yourself — real name, real photos, no impersonation or fake personas.
• Treat every member with the respect you'd want in return, on dates, in chat and on calls.
• Consent matters: no one owes you a reply, a call, a photo or a meeting.
• Keep conversations lawful and honest at all times.

• Nudity or sexually explicit content — in photos, chat or calls.
• Sexual services, paid sexual interactions or any form of sexual exploitation.
• Harassment, hate speech, bullying, coercion, threats or blackmail.
• Scams and fraud: asking for money, gift cards, banking details or moving members to suspicious off-platform schemes.
• Spam, promotions, advertising or commercial activity unrelated to Earn Mode.
• Multiple accounts, fake engagement, or any manipulation of coins, gifts or earnings.
• Anything illegal under the laws that apply to you or to Cupidate.

• Creators set their own rate and availability, and may decline or end any call at any time — and so may callers.
• Paid conversation must follow the same rules as everything else: friendly, genuine and respectful. Earn Mode is never a cover for adult services.
• Callers must never pressure creators into rule-breaking content; creators must never solicit tips or payments outside the platform.
• What members do in their private lives is their own business — our moderation covers activity on Cupidate: safety, consent, fraud, harassment and policy violations.

• Block anyone from their profile or your chat — they disappear from your world, and you from theirs.
• Report a profile or message in a few taps; our team reviews every report and can act on chat and call records where needed.
• Hide your profile any time in Settings and stop appearing in Discover.
• Only people you have matched with can message you.

Breaking these guidelines leads to escalating action depending on severity: a warning, temporary feature restrictions (such as chat, calls or Earn Mode), suspension, or permanent removal. Serious violations — exploitation, threats, fraud, or anything involving a minor — mean immediate removal and, where required, a report to the authorities.

• Meet in a public place for the first few dates.
• Tell a friend where you're going and when you expect to be back.
• Arrange your own transport there and back.
• Never send money, gift cards or banking details to a match.
• Trust your instincts — leave any situation that feels wrong.
