• Your email address and date of birth are never shown to other members.
• Your profile and photos are visible to signed-in members unless you hide your profile; only your age is shown, never your full date of birth.

• Messages are readable only by the two people in a match.
• Voice calls are live audio between the two participants; they are not recorded.
• Your wallet, transactions and earnings are private to you.

Coin purchases and creator payouts are processed by payment providers. Cupidate stores your transaction history but never your full card or banking credentials — those are handled securely by the provider. Payout destination details you provide are used solely to process your withdrawals.

• Edit or delete any profile detail or photo at any time.
• Hide your profile to pause being discovered.
• Turn Earn Mode off whenever you like.
• Block or report any member.
• Delete your account, which removes your profile, photos and messages; transaction records are kept only as long as the law requires.

• We never sell your personal data.
• We never show your contact details to other members.
• We never record or listen to your calls.
